Secure Messaging in a Pediatric Respiratory Medicine Setting

Description: 

This project evaluated how the implementation of a secure e-mail messaging (e-messaging) system between clinicians and patients affects provider efficiency, utilization of emergency department for medication refills, and patients’ satisfaction.

Improving Otitis Media Care with Electronic Health Record (EHR)-based Clinical Decision Support and Feedback

Description: 

In this project, a clinical decision support tool was developed for Otitis Media, and then studied in a cluster randomized controlled trial to evaluate its impact on the quality of care of Otitis Media.

HIT Service Integration
