The objectives of this webinar are to:
1. Provide an overview of this study which was aimed at identifying barriers to Meaningful Use among providers who care for the Medicaid-insured population;
2. Identify the challenges to meeting Meaningful Use among Medicaid providers who have adopted and are using an EHR and those who have not yet adopted an EHR;
3. Discuss the study findings and the implications for Stages 1 and 2 of Meaningful Use;
4. Discuss the study recommendations including ways to improve programs and processes to overcome barriers.
