Brian Dixon, M.P.A., is a Health Information Technology Manager with the Regenstrief Institute, Inc. Mr. Dixon manages multiple projects for Regenstrief. He has primary responsibilities in the area of health information exchange as part of the National Health Information Network (NHIN) contract with the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) and the Regional Health Information Exchange (RHIE) contract with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). He is also a member of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) National Resource Center for Health Information Technology.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Dixon developed technology for Regenstrief and the Indiana Network for Patient Care (INPC), including tools supporting the standard clinical vocabulary LOINC, technology supporting the automated electronic reporting of reportable conditions, and tools for querying large clinical data repositories. Mr. Dixon earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in computer science from DePauw University and his Master of Public Affairs Degree from Indiana University.
