8.System Usability Scale (SUS)
Description:This survey is a reliable, low-cost usability scale that can be used for global assessments of usability. The questions evaluate system effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. The survey is best used when comparing two similar interfaces, but measuring a single interface does provide an objective rating of its usability. The SUS is used most often with Web-based products, but it is not limited to the Web.
