Beginning an IT initiative is a major undertaking for most health centers and safety net and ambulatory care providers. As organizations embark upon a health IT project, key considerations include identifying the overall IT strategy, the goals and objectives of the project, organizational readiness, and overall feasibility.  The purpose of this module is to guide organizations through the decision-making process.
