Summary Health IT Portfolio 2008
|

AHRQ's Health IT Portfolio sponsors a variety of contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements that examine the impact of health IT implementation and use on quality, safety, and other important health care outcomes. This inaugural report, Summary of AHRQ Health Information Technology Portfolio-Funded Projects as of 2008, features:
- A summary of activities in the Health IT Portfolio as of 2008
- Details on how information generated through the Health IT Portfolio is disseminated
- The iterative process used to generate the 2008 project-specific summaries
- A description of the content of the project-specific summaries

New AHRQ-Funded Reports on the Usability of Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems
|
|
To explore the opportunity to improve EHR system usability, AHRQ commissioned the creation of two reports that synthesize the existing research and evidence in this area and suggest common methods to evaluate EHR usability going forward.
